Sara Dunn started her working life as an editor in the UK book trade in the early 1980s, becoming an independent editorial consultant in 1990. In the mid-1990s she developed expertise in research and evaluation, web publishing, e-learning and user-centred research and design. For the last 10 years she has worked in knowledge and information management (KIM) and research.
During 25 years as an independent consultant Sara has established working partnerships with a range of associates with complementary skills. Together they provide a complete service for clients, from strategic planning through research and development to product delivery and evaluation.
