When someone visits www.saradunn-associates.net we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone.

Participants in our research and development projects
As a research and evaluation provider we contact members of the public and other stakeholders to invite them to take part in research and evaluation activities on behalf of a client who has commissioned us. Our projects can involve telephone surveys, online surveys, focus groups or other activities. Each project we are commissioned for is subject to a specific data processing agreement, and further details can be provided on request from email@example.com.
We always obtain your informed consent to participate, and we explain the following:
- what personal data, if any, we are collecting
- the legitimate purpose of collecting this data
- how much time we need from you to participate
- that you have the right to be anonymous and withdraw at any point
- that you have the right to access and withdraw personal data from research at any time
- how long we will store your data for.
We only collect what is necessary for the purposes of each research or evaluation project. We will not share any of the information from participants with any third parties for marketing purposes. The information you provide will be held securely by us and/or our data processors, whether the information is in electronic or physical format.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights as an individual which you can exercise in relation to the information we hold about you.

Access to personal information
SDA Ltd is as open as it can be in terms of giving people access to their personal information. Individuals can find out if we hold any personal information about them by making a 'subject access request' under the GDPR. If we do hold personal information about you we will:
- give you a description of it
- tell you why we are holding it
- tell you who it could be disclosed to; and
- let you have a copy of the information in an intelligible form.
You need to put the request in writing and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also ask us to correct any mistakes or erase your data.
